I have stayed at this apartment for several months and it has been genuinely a very nice place to stay at. Whenever I have issues with either my bathtub or toilet, they have been able to solve those issues very quickly. I am very appreciative of the quick respond from the maintenance people.

The James is perfectly located within historic Williamsburg to take advantage of walking and biking for all necessities and leisure. The management staff, particularly Gladys, stood out from all other area complexes in her friendliness, responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the application, leasing and move in process. The James environment and amenities make for a wonderful community feeling.
